Yes. The Golden Estate offers assisted living support designed to provide residents with a comfortable, safe, and hassle-free lifestyle. Services may include housekeeping, maintenance, dining assistance, security, wellness support, and access to community amenities, depending on the selected plan.

The registration process is simple and transparent: Submit the application form. Provide valid identity and address proof. Complete the required documentation. Sign the Lease Deed and Service Agreement. Pay the applicable security deposit and other charges. Receive confirmation and move-in details.

Yes. Transparency is one of our core values. Prospective residents are welcome to review copies of the Lease Deed and Service Agreement before making any commitment. Our team will gladly explain all terms and conditions.

No. The accommodation is intended solely for the registered resident(s). Subletting, transferring, or assigning the unit to another person is not permitted without prior written approval from TGE management.

Monthly charges are reviewed periodically to account for changes in operational costs, inflation, and service enhancements. Any revision will be communicated to residents well in advance as per the terms of the agreement.

Upon completion of your stay and after the unit is inspected, the refundable security deposit will be processed according to the terms mentioned in the Lease Agreement. Any applicable deductions, if any, will be clearly explained before the refund is issued.

Yes. Residents may choose to occupy the unit for only part of the year, subject to the applicable agreement. However, monthly maintenance and service charges may continue during the reserved occupancy period to ensure the unit remains available and maintained.

Yes, subject to TGE's security and operational policies. Domestic helpers must be registered with the management, carry valid identification, and comply with community guidelines.

Smoking and alcohol consumption are permitted only in designated areas, if allowed under TGE policies. Residents are expected to follow community rules and maintain a safe, healthy, and respectful environment for everyone.

Yes. Residents may nominate a registered charitable organization or another eligible beneficiary for the refundable security deposit, subject to applicable legal documentation and the terms of the agreement.

Pets may be permitted subject to TGE's pet policy. Residents are encouraged to check with the management regarding permitted pets, registration requirements, and applicable guidelines before bringing a pet.

The Golden Estate welcomes both single residents and couples. Accommodation options are designed to meet the needs of different lifestyles while ensuring comfort, safety, and community living.

Yes. Residents may host small personal gatherings in designated areas, subject to prior approval from the management and compliance with community rules regarding guest limits, timing, noise levels, and facility usage.
